Happy Mother's Day this Sunday to all those women who play a role as a nurturing mom -- mothers, grandmothers, aunties, godmothers! Our #SundaySpotlight is a mother and child in Tiskilwa's history. This image from the early 1910s is of the Stevens family, taken outside the historic home at 140 East Main Street. We believe the image is of Ruth Jackman Stevens, the wife of Bradford Stevens II, holding either their first child Bradford III or their second child Ellen Stevens Lawton.
