

Tiskilwa Historical Society to Host “As Is” Open House at Former Legion Hall on September 22
The Tiskilwa Historical Society is inviting the community to stop by the old Legion Hall between 11:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 22, for an Open House. It’s a good chance to see the “Before” look, all the better to appreciate the “After” look in a few months’ time. On National Museum Day, Saturday, September 22, the Tiskilwa Historical Society will host an “As-Is” Open House at their newly acquired facility, the former American Legion Hall. When restoration is complete, the old hall will serve as an additional display gallery for the Museum on Main’s ever-growing collection.
